I think I have come across a site that is running a scam, and I want to obtain the website's WHOIS domain information so I can contact who is responsible, but they're using one of those paid private domain registries... How can I get a copy of that record? Doesn't the law require that all website domains be registered to a liable entity, and that such information be public record?
