Valley District invokes imminent domain for State Water Project
The San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District has agreed to use its powers of imminent domain to acquire property for improvements to Phase 1 of the East Branch Extension and initiation of Phase 2 of the extension of the State Water Project.
